Abstract
Cornual pregnancy is a very rare form of ectopic pregnancy in which the embryo is implanted in an interstitial portion of tube. Here the resemblance to myoma on bimanual examination is often and indeed these varieties of ectopic pregnancy are virtually indistinguishable by palpation.
Two cases are reported unruptured cornual pregnancy during the third month of gestation and a review of literature was made briefly.
